CITY OF <br />LAKE <br />ELMO <br />City of Lake Elmo 777-5510 <br />3800 Laverne Avenue North / Lake Elmo, Minnesota 55042 <br />May 9, 1989 <br />TO: Mayor & City Council <br />FROM: Pat Morrison, City Administrator <br />Roger Williams, facilitator with the State Planning Agency, <br />called and suggested the Council may want to direct me <br />to write a letter to the Municipal Board (Terrence Merritt) <br />requesting they delay scheduling a meeting on the pending <br />annexation/petition of Sunburrow until the end of June, <br />to advance the negotiating efforts of Lake Elmo/Oakdale. <br />He has suggested Oakdale do the same. <br />If you you like this to be accomplished, please direct <br />me to do so at the May 16th Council meeting. <br />
