LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 20, 1989 Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. in the City Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, City Engineer Larry Bohrer, and City Administrator Morrison. Absent: Moe. 1. AGENDA Add: March 21, 1989 City Council Minutes M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to approve the June 20, 1989 City Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). 2. MINUTES: June 6, 1989 M/S/P Williams/ Graves - to approve the June 6, 1989 City Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). MINUTES: June 13, 1989 M/S/P'Graves/Hunt - to approve the June 1.3, 1989 City Council Workshop Minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). MINUTES: March 21, 1989 In regard to Apostolic Bibl.eOhu`rch Rezoning Request, Councilman Williams advised the Council of a typing error in the motion -- the intended area was between 15th and loth Street. The motion should read:.... the City Council discourages further non-residential uses South to loth and East of County Road 13 to County Road 19. M/S/P Williams/Graves - to bring back for consideration the March 21, 1989 City Council minutes. (Motion carried 4-0). M/S/P Williams/Graves - to approve the March 21., 1989 City Council Minutes as amended with those changes indicated. (Motion carried 4-0). 3. CLAIMS M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to approve the June 20, 1989 Claims 091936 thru #91985 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). 4. PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION: Solid Waste Management Committee Bruce Dunn, Chair. of the Solid Waste Committee reported $1271.31 was made on the garage sale held in April and will be used to purchase recycling containers for Lake Elmo residents. At a previous meeting, staff was asked to provide council with information on the implementation of the "container program". The Council received a copy of the Recycling Container Work Plan which was
