LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JUNE 20, 1989 <br />Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. in <br />the City Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />City Engineer Larry Bohrer, and City Administrator Morrison. Absent: <br />Moe. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: March 21, 1989 City Council Minutes <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to approve the June 20, 1989 City Council agenda <br />as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: June 6, 1989 <br />M/S/P Williams/ Graves - to approve the June 6, 1989 City Council <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />MINUTES: June 13, 1989 <br />M/S/P'Graves/Hunt - to approve the June 1.3, 1989 City Council Workshop <br />Minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />MINUTES: March 21, 1989 <br />In regard to Apostolic Bibl.eOhu`rch Rezoning Request, Councilman <br />Williams advised the Council of a typing error in the motion -- <br />the intended area was between 15th and loth Street. The motion should <br />read:.... the City Council discourages further non-residential uses <br />South to loth and East of County Road 13 to County Road 19. <br />M/S/P Williams/Graves - to bring back for consideration the March 21, <br />1989 City Council minutes. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />M/S/P Williams/Graves - to approve the March 21., 1989 City Council <br />Minutes as amended with those changes indicated. (Motion carried <br />4-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to approve the June 20, 1989 Claims 091936 thru <br />#91985 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION: Solid Waste Management Committee <br />Bruce Dunn, Chair. of the Solid Waste Committee reported $1271.31 was <br />made on the garage sale held in April and will be used to purchase <br />recycling containers for Lake Elmo residents. <br />At a previous meeting, staff was asked to provide council with <br />information on the implementation of the "container program". The <br />Council received a copy of the Recycling Container Work Plan which was <br />
