This parcel contains 10.00 acres, more or less, and is <br />subject to the .right of way of gimbro Avenue North. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: <br />The application of Gilbert Sullwold for a Large Lot Subdivision <br />for the real estate described above, be and the same hereby is <br />granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant pay a park dedication fee of $450 <br />for the newly created lot; <br />2. The survey shows that the parcel includes the <br />church acre. <br />3. The survey shows a 33-foot wide road easement <br />along the entire east line. <br />4. The warranty deed from Mr. Sullwold to his <br />daughter should include the church acre. <br />5. This newly created parcel will remain in AG <br />Preserves until such time as the entire 100 +/- <br />acres is taken out of AG Preserves. <br />6.
