PDRTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that Gilbert E. Sullwold and Viola Sullwold shall convey to the City of Lake Elmo and the City shall accept, a permanent road easement over part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter;•thence North 01 degrees 12 minutes 39 seconds West, (bearings are based on the Washington County Project Coordinate System, South Zone) along the west line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 39.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 08 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 550.36 feet; thence North 89 degrees 00 minutes 08 .. seconds East, a distance of 2074.37 feet, more .or less, to its intersec- tion with a point on the east line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter which is 62.00 feet north of the southeast corner of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter as measured along said east line thereof; thence South 01 degrees 11 minutes 12 seconds East, along said east line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 62.00 feet to _ said southeast corner of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter; thence r South 89 degrees 06 minutes 46 se conds West along the south line of said North Haslf of the No rthwest'Quarter, a distance of 2624.50 feet to the ... .: point of beginning; and .. :. ` s>,_,._ FURTHER.
