RESOLUTION 89-4 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO <br />ARLYN CHRIST FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WIIEREAS, we have had the privilege and pleasure of working <br />under the leadership of Arlyn Christ during his term as Mayor of the <br />City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Hall, which was constructed under <br />the leadership and direction of Arlyn Christ shall forever remain <br />symbolic of his perception and understanding of this community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council, past and present, who had the opportunity to work <br />with Arlyn Christ offer this sincere appreciation and thanks for his <br />service and devotion to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1989, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />
