RESOLUTION 89-5 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO <br />ROSEMARY ARMSTRONG FOR HER CONTRIBUTION TO <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, we have had the privilege and pleasure of working <br />with Rosemary Armstrong during her term as Councilwoman and Acting <br />Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Hall, which was constructed with <br />many hours of volunteer help from the entire Armstrong Family, Tom, <br />Rosemary, Tommy, Bill, Danny, Eileen and Mollie, shall forever remain <br />symbolic of the Armstrong's dedication to this Community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council, past and present, who had the opportunity to work <br />with Rosemary Armstrong offer this sincere appreciation and thanks for <br />her service and devotion to the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 19B9, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />
