RESOLUTION 89-14 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASH.I.NGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 38TB AND 39TH STREETS, EAST OF IDEAL <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed, to improve 38th and 39th Streets, east of <br />Ideal, by patching and overlaying, and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to the City's consultant <br />engineer, Larry Bohrer, for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the council, with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 17th day of January, 1989. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />ts <br />t: e <br />Patricia o rison, City Administrator <br />
