i. Surrounding property must be cleaned of all debris and junk per <br />City ordinance for the City of Lake Elmo. <br />j. All work to the property in question shall be governed under <br />Section 303 of the 1985 Uniform Building Code and the building <br />codes of the State of Minnesota. <br />Either such repairs shall be completed within 30 days of the date of the <br />service of this order or the building shall be razed or removed before that <br />date. <br />3. The council further orders that unless such corrective action is taken <br />or an answer is served upon the City of Lake Elmo and file in the office of the <br />Administrator of District Court of Washington County, Minnesota within 20 days <br />from the date of the service of this order, a motion for summary enforcement of <br />this order will be made to the District Court of Washington County. <br />4. The council further orders that if the city is compelled to take any <br />corrective action herein, all necessary costs expended by the city will be <br />assessed against the real estate concerned and collected in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 463.22. <br />5. The Mayor, Administrator, City Attorney and other officers and <br />employees of the city are authorized and directed to take such action, prepare, <br />sign and serve such papers as are necessary to comply with this order and to <br />assess the costs thereof against the real estate described above for collection <br />along with taxes. r <br />Adopted by the City Council this /J day of 1989. <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor Susan Dunn �- <br />3 <br />
