f. The building does not meet the State Electrical Code. <br />g. The bathrooms need fixtures replaced or repaired and need to be <br />replenished to meet the State Plumbing Code. <br />h. The heating system is in disrepair and does not comply with <br />existing codes. <br />J. The exterior area is filled with debris, junk and inoperable auto- <br />mobiles in violation of City codes. <br />j. The buildings are a greater fire hazard due to the exposure of <br />wooden framing members and holes into the ceilings and due to the <br />fact that the buildings are open, vacant and unattended. <br />2. Pursuant to the foregoing findings and in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 463.15 to 463.261, the council hereby orders the record <br />owners of the above hazardous building to repair and make such building safe and <br />not detrimental to the public health, welfare and safety by making the following <br />necessary repairs: <br />a. Structural repairs to foundation walls and wood supporting walls. <br />b. Replace all rotted roof members including sheathing and reshingle <br />roofs. <br />c. Replace all missing or damaged doors both inside and outside. <br />d. Repair or replace all broken or damaged windows. <br />e. Repair or replace all damaged or dilapidated interior walls and <br />ceilings. <br />f. Rewire structures per State Electrical Code. <br />g. Replace damaged fixtures in bathrooms and replumb all bathrooms <br />per State Plumbing Code. <br />h. Repair or replace heating systems per existing codes. <br />N <br />
