DATE APPROVED: 2-6-90 <br />DATE ISSUED: 2-16-90 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JANUARY 16, 1990 <br />MAYOR DUNN PROCLAIMED THE FOURTH WEEK OF JANUARY, 1990 TO BE JAYCEE <br />WEEK IN LAKE ELMO AND URGED ALL CITIZENS OF OUR STATE TO GIVE FULL <br />REGARD TO THE PAST AND CONTINUING SERVICES OF THE LAKE ELMO JAYCEES. <br />Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in <br />the City Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />Armstrong, City Engineer Larry Bohrer and Acting Administrator Mary <br />Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 7F. Update of Status of Appeal to EPA, 11. Letter from MN Dept. <br />of Jobs and Training <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to approve the January 1.6, 1990 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: JANUARY 2, 1990 <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to approve the January 2, 1990 City Council. <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to approve the January 16, 1990 claims #92790 thru <br />#92853 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. REAPP REPORT <br />Rita Conlin, of ReAPP, submitted a letter to the Council requesting <br />hiring of Rossanna Armson to review the questionnaires prepared by <br />Washington County's consultant, John Genereux, for survey purposes of <br />hot air balloon enterprises and owners of development property near <br />Site G. Armson's charge for services (approx. $25-$50) will be <br />applied to the Met Council funds for EIS review. <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to approve retaining Rossanna Armson, University <br />of Minnesota, to review the questionnaires prepared by John Genereux <br />for survey purposes of hot air balloon enterprises and owner of <br />development property near Site G and these charges (approx. $25-$50) <br />be applied to the Met Council funds for EIS review. If they are not <br />paid out of these funds, then these charges will be paid out of the <br />referendum fund. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />
