RESOLUTION NO.— 90-1A <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING MINNESOTA VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK <br />APRIL 22 - 28, 1990 <br />WHEREAS, volunteers have enriched the life of our community <br />through their concern, commitment, and generosity of spirit; and <br />WHEREAS, volunteerism embodies a spirit of giving and spirit of <br />growth; and <br />WHEREAS, volunteers are a vital resource and have contributed to <br />the health, education, welfare, recreation, culture and environment of <br />City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, the hard work and commitment of volunteers has enriched <br />and vitalized our efforts; and <br />WHEREAS, we wish to Celebrate Minnesota Volunteers in the City of <br />Lake Elmo, thanking them for their selfless efforts and dedication; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota, does hereby proclaim the week of April 22-28, 1990 as CITY <br />OF LAKE ELMO VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK. <br />san Dunn, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />
