RESOLUTION 90• 11 CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council dated the I Gth day of May, 1989, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the Improvement of 15th Street from Inwood Avenue to the West City Limits, by grading, gravel base construction, bituminous surfacing, and right-of•way acquisition, and has presented plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: 1, Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, 2.
