RESOLUTION 90-10 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION TO GEORGE KRUEGER WHEREAS, George Krueger has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision of the property described as follows: Part of the E-1/2 of the NW-1/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 21 except the N-1/2 of the W-1/2 of the E-1/2 of the NW-1/4 subject to easements. Whereas, the Planning Commission considered this application at a public hearing on February 12, 1990 and recommended the above described parcel be subdivided into two parcels described as follows: Parcel A The North 1591.22 feet of the East Half of. the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. Containing 12.00 Acres, more or less, subject to the right -of --way of 50th Street North along the northerly line thereof. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. Parcel B All that part of the East Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter lying southerly of the North 1591.22 feet thereof; The West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter; and the South Half of the West Half of. the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, all. in Section 12, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County Minnesota. Containing 47.71 acres, more or less, subject to the right-of-way of 50th Street North along the northerly line of said West Half of the East Half of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit: The application of George Krueger for a Large Lot- Subdivision of the real estate described above, be and the same hereby is granted, subject to the following conditions:
