Waste Composting. <br />Please note that this Agreement differs from the 1989 Agreement as follows: <br />Section 2, "The County agrees": <br />1) Subsection a. of the 1990 Agreement allows up to $2,400.00 for <br />site maintenance and windrow turning by the City. The 1989 <br />Agreement allowed $2,000.00. <br />kq�� <br />2) Subsection b. of the 4-989-Agreement allows up to $4,100.00 per <br />year for site monitor expenses versus $2,500.00 in 1989. <br />Section 3, "The City agrees": <br />1) Subsection g. requires the City to name the County as an <br />additional named insured on the City's general liability insurance <br />policy. <br />Section 4, "The City and County agree": <br />1) Subsection a. provides for additional site hours in the Spring on <br />Mondays from 1:30 to 7:00 p.m. (daylight permitting). Wednesday <br />hours are extended to 7:00 p.m. (daylight permitting). In <br />addition, the sites will be open the same hours (Mondays, <br />Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays) Spring through Fall. <br />Please sign the Agreement and return it to me by March 23, 1990.
