4 <br />5. <br />j. The City shall submit compost site expenses as <br />stated in Section 2. a.-c. to the County by <br />December 1, 1990. <br />The Citv and Countv further agree that: <br />a. The site shall be open for no more than thirty-two <br />( 32 ) consecutive weeks in 1990 on dates to be <br />determined by the parties. The hours of operation <br />of the compost site will be as follows: <br />Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM <br />Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM <br />Mondays from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM <br />Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM <br />If the weather creates unsuitable conditions, the <br />parties may agree to a change in the schedule. <br />b. All composting/composted materials within or on <br />the site are the sole property of the City. <br />C. Upon the mutual written consent of the parties, <br />this Agreement may be renewed for successive <br />periods of one year upon the same terms and <br />conditions in all respects as hereinafter set <br />forth, and upon such other terms and conditions as <br />they shall mutually agree in the manner set forth <br />below, provided that any such other terms and <br />conditions shall be in writing. <br />d. It is understood and agreed that the entire <br />Agreement of the parties is contained herein and <br />that this Agreement supercedes all written and <br />oral agreements and negotiations between the <br />parties relating to the subject matter hereof. <br />The City and County further agree that: <br />a. The City may institute additional hours and shall <br />pay any costs incurred for publicity, hiring a <br />monitor and hauling away illegally dumped material <br />for the period when additional hours are <br />instituted. <br />b. The City shall notify the County in writing if it <br />seeks to institute additional hours at least 15 <br />working days prior to implementing additional <br />hours. <br />3 <br />
