The City will construct, turn and monitor the leaf <br />and grass windrows at an increased frequency if <br />necessitated by additional material deposited at <br />the site as a result of additional hours. For <br />such work the City shall pay all costs exceeding <br />--- - - - - the $2,,400-.00-limit--a-s—stated- in--Secti-on--2-.--a_.____-_ <br />All work shall be coordinated between the City and <br />the Washington County Public Health Department. <br />6. The City and County further agree that; <br />a. Both Parties will comply with all federal, state <br />and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and <br />executive orders pertaining to unlawful <br />discrimination on account of race, color, creed, <br />religion, national origin, sex, marital status, <br />status with regard to public assistance, <br />disability or age. <br />b. All books, records, documents, and accounting <br />procedures and practices of the City relevant to <br />Section 2. a.-c, are subject to examination as <br />provided in Minnesota Statutes Section 16B.06 <br />subd. 4. <br />Any alterations, amendments, deletions, or waivers of the <br />provisions of this Agreement shall be valid only when expressed <br />in writing and duly signed by the parties. <br />
