Recycling programs operating within Washington County and funded by the Washington <br />;ounty Recycling Grant Program are required to submit semi-annual recycling reports on this <br />Corm. Reports for the period from January 1 through June 30 are due by July 15. Reports <br />for the period from July 1 through December 31 are due by January 31 of the following year. <br />Reports should be sent to: Washington County Public Health Department, 14900 N. 61st St., <br />P.O.
