(Motion carried 4-0). 9. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: A. R-1 Zoning District Repeal The City Attorney will attend the next Council meeting to discuss the R-1 Zoning District Repeal. B. Monthly Status Report The City Attorney provided the Council with his monthly Litigation Report. C. Public Facility Ordinance Councilman Williams suggested the City Attorney be asked how to reword the PF Ordinance to allow rezoning for only a specific use. Williams i.ndicatd the alternative would be to not have the PF Ordinance and be more specific as to what uses are allowed in our other zoning categories. The Planning Commission will bring their recommedation to the Council on the PF Ordinance and then the Council can discuss this further. 10. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: Mayor Dunn reported because Councilman Hunt was out-of-town on business, he was unable to attend the Council meeting. The Council received a letter from Councilman Hunt explaining on February 27th he met with Mary Kueffner to discuss the city's performance review process and finding a new city administrator. Councilman Graves was invited, but was unable to attend. Mayor Dunn was in attendance. Based on his meeting, Hunt made the following recommendation to not advertise for a new City Administrator, but promote from within. He recommended the City Administrator's position be offered to Mary Kueffner since he felt she met the necessary qualifications of the job. The Council was supportive of the recommendation that the City appoint Mary Kueffner as Full Time Permanent City Administrator. Councilmembers Graves and Williams suggested the Personnel Committee work out the details, relative to determination of salary, possible changes needed in the City Admin. Job Description and other possible personnel appointments within the office incorporating the City's staff recommendation relative to additional staff. M/S/P Armstrong/Graves - to direct the Personnel Committee to determine a salary and contract for Mary Kueffner that will be reviewed at the next Council meeting. (Motion carried 4-0). M/S/ Armstrong/Graves - to direct Mary Kueffner to advertise for help within the City staff as she sees fit.
