The exact details of the alignment, <br />grades, right-of-way requirements, land use impacts., and <br />storm drainage provisions will be evaluated in detail as <br />part of future implementation activities. <br />Comment #4. <br />This comment deals with an apparent discrepancy between <br />the Comprehensive Storm Water Drainage Plan of Lake Elmo, <br />City of Woodbury, and the Ramsey/Washington Metro <br />Watershed District. This apparent discrepancy is not <br />_ related to or part of the I-494 Access Improvement Study. <br />As a separate activity, the City will investigate with <br />Lake Elmo and the Watershed District this apparent - - <br />discrepancy. <br />If the City of Lake Elmo has further concerns or wishes to <br />discuss in greater detail the recommendations of the I-494 <br />Access Improvement Study, please feel free to contact me. \_ <br />Sincerely, <br />Barry P.
