RESOLUTION 90- <br />A RESOLUTION RECEVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF <br />LAVERNE AVENUE AND UPPER 33RD STREET <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council adopted <br />January 16, 1990, a report has been prepared by Larry Bohrer, the City <br />Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Laverne Avenue and <br />Upper 33rd Street, and this report was received by the council on <br />April 3, 1990. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at a cost to be estimated by the City Engineer. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 1st day of May, 1990 in the council chambers of the city hall <br />at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 3rd day of April, 1990. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />
