The following is a <br />review of the meeting discussion: <br />Service Area The Counties see no justification for expanding the service area beyond that <br />which is proposed on the Conceptual Design Drawing No. 1. <br />t cneral Water System Design: TKDA will prepare a detailed design memorandum prior to the <br />next meeting outlining what we believe to be the important design parameters. <br />Operation and Maintenance Cost The Counties are not opposed to contributing toward 0 & M <br />costs for a limited amount of time if sufficiently justified. <br />Design, Construction and Qwner ft of the System; The Counties have no objection to the City <br />designing, constructing, and owning the public water supply. <br />Release fr rpm iability: The Counties will not seek any releases in exchange for the public water <br />supply. <br />The next meeting is scheduled for April 5 at 4:00 P.M.
