��O {q R� �1KE <br />AN <br />6:30 p.m. CONTINUATfft OF <br />Williams, Hunt, Armstrong <br />DATE APPROVED: 6/5/90 <br />DATE ISSUED: 6/15/90 <br />ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />MAY 1, 1990 <br />BOARD OF REVIEW: Present: Dunn, Graves, <br />(arrived 6:58 p.m.) <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to reopen the Lake Elmo Board of Review. <br />(Motion carried 4-0). <br />Frank Langer, Assessor, submitted a list of recommendations to the <br />Lake Elmo Board of Review. (See Appendix A) <br />Mary Leslie, 11546 206th St., stated her house was in poor condition <br />because of the loss of their central heating system last year. They <br />are using a wood burning stove to heat the house until a new furnace <br />and ducting can be installed. <br />Because the owner has not permitted Frank Langer or Scott Renee into <br />the residence, an inside inspection relative to this complaint was not <br />made. <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to accept the Lake Elmo Assessor's recommendations <br />presented to the Board of Review; with the exception of Mary Leslie, <br />PID 37024-2700, until such time someone from the assessor's office can <br />make an inside inspection relative to her complaints. After the Board <br />of Review has ended, (deadline of 20 days from the initial Board of <br />Review), she can present her questions to the County Board of <br />Equalization. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />Frank Langer presented property adjustments in the Lake Jane Landfill <br />Well Advisory Area (See Appendix B). All of the properties will be <br />re-evaluated when the water system is installed. <br />M/S/P Bunt/Graves - to approve the valuations, as submitted by Frank <br />Langer, for the Lake Jane Landfill Well 1990 Advisory Area. (Motion <br />carried 5-0). <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to close-out the Lake Elmo Board of Review at 7:00 <br />p.m. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. in <br />the Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />Armstrong, City Engineer Larry Bohrer, City Attorney Steve Carlson, <br />and Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 8B. Personnel Committee <br />M/S/P Graves/Armstrong - to approve the May 1, 1990 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />
