Trans City Page 2 <br />The chemical used in their process is a 12 oz. bottle of hydrofluoric <br />acid. They maintain 4 - 12 oz. bottles of the chemical for their <br />glass etching process. <br />After inspecting the tennant spaces at Trans City and meeting with <br />Washington County Public Health and speaking with Mr. Brott at M,P.C,A. <br />I do not feel there is a violation of Trans City's Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />Hazardous waste generators are licensed and controlled by Washington <br />County Public Health.with the help of the City Building Official, <br />Hazardous material storage is controlled by the State Fire Marshall's <br />office, the City's Fire Department, the Minnesota State Building <br />Codes and the City Building Official, <br />The outside storage being requested (29,000 sq. ft.) is for wood, <br />concrete and steel orilye There would be no storage of any hazardous <br />materials, <br />e pectfully .Submitted, <br />•4 - `L qa4-4-� <br />m McNamara <br />
