MAY 15, 1990 <br />( Acting Mayor Todd Williams called the City Council meeting to order at <br />7:03 p.m. in the Council chambers. Present: Williams, Hunt, Graves, <br />Armstrong, City Engineer Larry Bohrer and Administrator Kueffner. <br />Absent: Mayor Dunn. <br />1. AGENDA <br />6A. Recycling Bin Distribution, 6B. Tree Planting, 7C. Update on <br />Section 32 <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to approve the May 15, 1990 City Council agenda as <br />amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />Kathy Partridge, Lake Elmo Jaycee's Chair of Huff n'Puff, requested <br />City's support for the annual Huff N'Puff Days celebration August 9 <br />thru 12, 1990 in the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ACTING MAYOR TODD WILLIAMS PROCLAIMED AUGUST 9 THROUGH 12, 1990 AS <br />HUFF N'PUFF DAYS IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. Williams extended the <br />City's appreciation to the Jaycees for their monetary donations and <br />labor contribution. <br />2. MINUTES: May 1, 1990 <br />Councilwoman Armstrong reported Mayor Dunn was out-of-town and asked <br />that consideration of these minutes be postponed until the June 5th <br />Council meeting. <br />M/S/P Graves/Armstrong - to postpone consideration of the May 1, 1990 <br />Council Minutes until the June 5th City Council meeting. (Motion <br />carried 4-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to approve the May 15, 1990 Claims #93268 thru <br />#93338 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. REAPP REPORT <br />Todd Williams reported a meeting will be held Friday, 5/18/90, between <br />the City (Todd will be the representative of the City Council), County <br />and Attorney Ellen Sampson to discuss restrictive covenants which were <br />stated in the letter sent to Washington County and to discuss the <br />response received from our consulting engineer regarding the County's <br />hydrogeological technical memorandum. <br />ReAPP has agreed to subcontract with the natural fruit drinks vendor <br />to sell these beverages at the Olympic Festival, but will have to <br />contact Washington County for approval. <br />
