D. Miscellaneous Benefits. The Administrator shall continue <br />to accrue and be entitled to holidays and sick leave coverage in <br />the same manner as other City employees, and based on her original <br />dat of employment with the City; September 26, 1983. <br />E. Hours of Employment. Administrator shall devote full <br />efforts to the business of the City. Both the City and <br />Administrator recognize that the duties of this position will <br />require work outside of the normal business hours of the City. <br />Both parties agree to allow such scheduling adjustments as may be <br />mutually agreeable to accommodatethe aforesaid duties. <br />PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: The City agrees to budget and pay the <br />travel and subsistence expenses of the Administrator for <br />professional and official travel, meetings and occasions adequate <br />to continue the professional development of the Administrator and <br />to adequately pursue necessary official and other functions for <br />the City, including, but not limited to, ICMA Conferences, State <br />League of Cities, National League of Cities, State and <br />International Cerk Conferences. The Administrator will use good <br />judgement in her outside activities so that she will not neglect <br />her primary duties to the City. The City also agrees to budget <br />and pay for the travel, subsistence expense, tuition and books for <br />courses or seminars that are necessary for professional growth, as <br />approved by the City Council. <br />CAR ALLOWANCE. The Administrator will be paid a car allowance of <br />$100 per month to compensate her for all City driving on City <br />businessewithitt #h® s�veaa-©unt3 mcigr-area.
