' CITY OF <br />LAKE <br />cL m,IV <br />ELMO City ®®g Lake Elm® 777-5510 <br />3800 Laverne Avenue North / Lake Elmo, Minnesota 55042 <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Lake Elmo City Council will meet in the Council Chambm'rs of the <br />City Hail at 7;30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 15, 1990, to consider snaking the following <br />improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429,011 to 429.111., <br />33rd Street from Lake Elmo Avenue to Laverne Avenue and Laverne Avenue from. 33rd <br />Street to T.H. 5 <br />Municipal State Aid Street Improvements - Grading, Gravel Base, Storm Sewer, <br />Concrete Curb and Gutter and Bituminous Surfacing. <br />Old Village Drainage Improvements for that area of the Old Village generally north of <br />the C'NW Railroad <br />Storm Sewer and Ditching, <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is the property which abuts said streets <br />or is benefitted by said improvements. The area is generally described as the NW 1/4 and the N <br />1./2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, <br />.Township 29N, Range 21W. <br />The estimated cost of all of the. improvements is $410,000, Such persons as desire to be heard <br />with reference to the proposed impxovements will be heard at this meeting, <br />Mary Kueffner <br />City Administrator <br />Published in the St. Croix Valley Press on May 2 and May 9, 1990. <br />
