Recommendation from ReAPP on Proposed Rate Increase with DPRA
ReAPP Member, Dick Acree, informed the Council because of delays in
the EIS project schedule by the County, a year has passed since the
original contract had been negotiated. During this period, DPRA has
increased its labor rates 7% as a result of annual adjustments to
staff salaries. This annual change represents both a cost -of -living
and performance increase for staff. DPRA has asked that the City and
REAPP approve the new labor rates, effective April 1, 1990 through
March 31, 1991 for services performed under our existing contract. Mr.
Acree noted he was in agreement with the increase based on the
professional, timely performance of DPRA.
