Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />City Engineer harry Bohrer, City Attorney Knaak and Administrator <br />Kueffner. Absent: Councilwoman Armstrong. <br />I. AGENDA <br />Add: 7C. Letter from Tim Mandel, 10A. Fire Dept. Request for Truck <br />Repair Funds, 10C. Update on Temporary Asphalt Plant in Section 32, <br />11F. League Conference <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to approve the August 7, 1990 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: July 5, 1990 <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the July 5, 1.990 City Council minutes <br />as presented. (Motion carried 3-0-1 Abstain: Graves) <br />MINUTES: July 9, 1990 <br />M/S/P Williams/Graves - to approve the July 9, 1990 City Council <br />minutes as presented. (Motion carried 3-0-1 Abstain: Dunn) <br />MINUTES: July 17, 1990 <br />M/S/P Hunt/Dunn - to approve the July 17, 1990 City Council minutes as <br />amended. (Motion carried 2-0-2 Abstain: Williams, Graves). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to approve the August 7, 1990 Claims #93597 <br />thru #93671 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. REAPP REPORT <br />Todd Williams reported REAPP had a fantastic show of support for the <br />landfill fight at the Washington County Fair. Approx. 95% of the <br />people asked to sign did sign the petition and/or signed letters of <br />support. REAPP will be meeting Sunday to go over the results of the <br />fair. <br />5. PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />Pat Ryan, 24th St. Court, now that 24th Street is extended to County <br />Road 17, he is requesting the City to look into erecting a stop sign <br />at 24th Street where it intersects 24th St. Court in order to slow <br />traffic. <br />
