Present: Dunn, Williams, Graves, <br />Armstrong, City Engineer Larry Bohrer, City Attorney Steve Carlson and <br />City Administrator Kuef.fner. Absent: Councilman Hunt. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 8A. Fire Protection Week, 8B. Report on Hazardous Waste Pick -Up, <br />9G. Red Ribbon Campaign, 9H. Request by Elmo View Townhouse <br />Association, 9I. Letter from Mayor of Ham Lake. <br />M/S/P Graves/Armstrong - to approve the October 2, 1.990 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: September 18, 1990 <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to approve the September 18, 1990 City Council <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 3-0-1 Abstain: Armstrong). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Graves - to approve the October 2, 1990 Claims #93841 <br />thru #93898 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />There were no Public Inquiries. <br />5. REAPP REPORT <br />Todd Williams reported REAPP has not had a meeting since the last <br />Council meeting. <br />6. CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT: <br />A. Assessment Hearings: <br />1. Lampert Avenue (32nd Street to 33rd Street) <br />Mayor Dunn opened up the public hearing at 7:37 p.m. in the City <br />Council chambers. The public hearing notice was published in the St. <br />Croix Valley Press and all affected property owners were notified. <br />Larry Bohrer, City Engineer, provided assessment tabulations for the <br />patch and overlay projects for Lampert Avenue and for 31.st Street. <br />Bituminous Patching and Overlay: <br />Construction Cost: $6,709.20 <br />Engineering 1,290.03 <br />Administration 335.46 <br />
