302.030 Definitions: <br />A. Manufactured Home. A Structure, transportable in one or <br />more sections, which Ln the traveling mode, is eight body feet or <br />more in width or 40 body feet or more in length, or, when erected <br />on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a pe*-a- <br />anent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or wthout <br />a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, <br />and includes the -)lumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical <br />systems conuained therein; except that the term includes any <br />structure which meets all the requirements and with respect to <br />which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification required <br />by the secretary and complies with the standards established under <br />the Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327.31, Subd. 3. No manufactured <br />dwelling shall be moved into the City of Lake Elmo that does not <br />meet the manufactured home building code as defined in Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 327.31, Subd. 3. This does not include recrea- <br />tional vehicles as regulated iri Section 301.130 Q & R, of this <br />code. <br />B. Manufactured Home Park. Any site, lot, field, or tract <br />of land upon which two or more occupied manufactured homes are <br />located, either free of charge of for compensation, and includes <br />any building, structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used or in- <br />tended for use as part of the equipment of the manufactured home <br />park. <br />C. Manufactured Home Lot. A parcel of land for the placement <br />of a single manuracture home and the exclusive use of its occupants <br />I::,'_i t <br />D. Park. A manufactured home park as defined in B above. <br />E. Park Operator. The person who owns, maintains, or operates <br />a manufactured home park properly licensed under State law. <br />F. Persona Any natural individual, firm, trust, partner- <br />ship, association or corporation. <br />G. Licensee. Any park operator licensed by the State of <br />Minnesota to maintain and operate a manufactured home park. <br />H. Occupant.
