CITY OF <br />LAKE �J <br />ELMO "� <br />/ Citq� D of Lake Elmo 777-5510 <br />l <br />3800 Laverne Avenue North / Lake Elmo, Minnesota 55042 <br />October 11, 1990 <br />Dear Resident/Property Owner: <br />The Lake Elmo City Council will consider proceeding with <br />the walkway easement improvements on a parcel of land <br />described as the Westerly eight feet of Lot 14, Block 3, <br />DeMontreville Highlands, 4th Additiono <br />This easement was granted to the City on the condition that <br />grantee (the City) construct and maintain a split rail <br />fence on both sides and the full length of said easement <br />and on further condition the City improve the walkway with <br />gravel on its full length. <br />Before proceeding with this improvement, the City would like <br />comments from adjoining property owners on whether or not <br />they would prefer a bituminous walkway, as opposed to a <br />gravel walkway that is stipulated in the easement granted to <br />the City, <br />The City Council will discuss this issue at its October 16,1990 <br />meeting and would appreciate receiving your comments, <br />Please feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns <br />prior to the meeting, <br />Mary Kueffner <br />City Administrator <br />
