LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 20, 1990 PAGE 8 <br />E. First Meeting in January <br />The first meeting in January falls on January 1, 1991. Staff <br />suggested that the meeting be rescheduled for Wednesday, January 2, <br />1.991. <br />M/S/P Graves/Armstrong - to reschedule the January lst City Council <br />meeting to Wednesday, January 2, 1.991. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />F. Letter from Oakdale Regarding Municipal Services <br />The City received a letter. from Oakdale's City Administrator., Sharon <br />Klumpp regarding providing municipal services to the area recently <br />detached from Lake Elmo and attached to Oakdale. The Council made it <br />very clear Lake Elmo has been and is capable of providing municipal <br />services to those areas and will continue to provide services to these <br />parcels not included in the Municipal Board's latest decision. <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to direct the City Administrator to write a letter <br />to the City of Oakdale and the residents in Section 32/33 who are <br />still officially part of Lake Elmo indicating that the City of Lake <br />Elmo will continue to provide municipal services to those areas. <br />(Motion carried 4-0). <br />M/S/P Graves/Armstrong - to adjourn the City Council meeting at 9:15 <br />p.m. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />- - Resolution No.90-34, AResolution Approving 1990 Tax Levy, $849,756, <br />collectible in 1991. <br />Resolution No. 90-35, A Resolution requesting a speed survey on 30th <br />Street from CSAH 17 to CSAH 15. <br />Resolution No. 90-36, A Resolution directing Washington County to <br />include Lake Elmo in its standardized fine program of $25 for all <br />parking violations, excluding violation of handicapped parking which <br />shall remain at $100 <br />
