Approve the ReAPP recommended strategy above for $32,720 and <br />the use of current referendum monies to fund the effort. <br />2. Temporarily allocate, for use by ReAPP, a PC for the creation <br />and maintenance of a people resource data base. <br />3. Identify and allocate office space and telephones within city <br />hall for the volunteer group to use. Since volunteers will be <br />using; the telephones, space and phones will be needed as their <br />schedules permit which may be during the day as well as in the <br />evening. It is requested that one telephone and office space <br />be made available any time of the day in city hall and that up <br />to _ telephones and office space be made available in she <br />evenings. <br />43 Approve the use of 1 staff person up to a maximum of half time <br />for taking care of landfill action items. <br />d. A Council Member or Members to be totally responsible for the <br />action item of obtaining, resolutions and letters from everyone <br />of the 1 townships and municipalities in Wa=_.hincton County <br />(10 have already been obtained)„ Responsibility will include <br />attendino ReAPP Sund.av night meetings (twice a month) to <br />report on progress. <br />
