Jerome P. Filla: <br />' Jerome Filla is a 1968 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law <br />School. He is a former associate professor at the University of <br />Minnesota. He has been in private practice since 1970. He <br />practices primarily in the areas of real estate development and <br />municipal law and is responsible for the firm's representation of <br />the cities of Shoreview and Arden Hills. <br />Michael T. Oberle: <br />Michael Oberle is a 1981 graduate of William Mitchell College of <br />Law. He practices primarily in the real estate field, with an <br />emphasis on representing banks, mortgage companies, and savings and <br />loans in the mortgage foreclosure area. He is also a licensed <br />title underwriter. He has represented real estate brokers and <br />sales persons, as well as buyers and sellers of residential real <br />estate. <br />Gary W. Becker: <br />Gary Becker is a 1978 graduate of the Ohio State University Law <br />School. He practices primarily in the area of collections. In <br />addition to Minnesota, Gary is also licensed to practice in <br />Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida and Washington D.C. <br />John M. Miller: <br />John Miller is a 1977 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law <br />School. He has been in private practice for ten years and <br />practices primarily in the real estate and commercial litigation <br />areas. His practice includes residential and commercial real <br />estate development and financing; and municipal law. He is the <br />author of a book, published by Butterworth Legal Publishers, on <br />commercial real estate forms. <br />Brian B. Elkington: <br />Brian Elkington is a 1981 graduate of the University of Puget Sound <br />School of Law, Tacoma, Washington. He also has a M.S. degree in <br />psychology from New Mexico Highland University. He practices <br />primarily in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, and <br />immigration law. <br />Clyde C. Ahlquist: <br />Clyde Ahlquist is a 1985 graduate of William Mitchell College of <br />Law. He practices in the areas of real estate and technology based <br />contracts. He is a computer programmer and is responsible for the <br />£irm's integrated computer system. <br />t <br />
