Glenn A. Bergman: <br />Glenn Bergman is a 1971 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell <br />College of Law. He practices primarily in the real estate area. <br />He is a past chairman of the Ramsey County Bar association's Real <br />Property Section and has been involved in both residential and <br />commercial real estate developments. He is a licensed title <br />insurance underwriter and a former Deputy Examiner of Titles in <br />Ramsey County. He has also represented various real estate title <br />and closing companies, as well as individual buyers and sellers of <br />residential and commercial real estate. <br />Daniel Witt Fram: <br />Witt Fram is a 1976 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College <br />of Law. He serves as General Counsel for the Minnesota Association <br />of Credit Unions. He is a member of the Mortgage Banker's <br />Association, Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and American <br />Arbitration Association. He practices in the area of financial law <br />and litigation. He is familiar with consumer and commercial <br />lending issues, both from the perspective of the borrower and <br />lender. Mr. Fram also maintains an active trial practice. <br />Timothy J. Hassett: <br />Timothy Hassett is a 1981 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell <br />College of Law. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate <br />and civil litigation. In the real estate area, he represents <br />residential and commercial real estate brokers, developers, <br />property managers, and mortgage bankers. He is a member of the <br />Minnesota Bar Association's Real Property Legislative Committee and <br />an affiliate member of the Minnesota and Minneapolis Boards. of <br />Realtors. He is a non-realtor member of the Minnesota <br />Association's Purchase Agreement Task Force. <br />Cass S. Weil• <br />Cass Weil is a 1980 cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College <br />of Law. He practices primarily in the bankruptcy and commercial <br />litigation areas. He is Chairman of the Minnesota Bar <br />Association's Bankruptcy Section and a member of the American <br />Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League.
