Since the initial variance request, Mr. <br />Schwarz asked if -the request could be postponed until January 15th - <br />as.he Will not be available to -attend a meeting until then. <br />At the November 8, 1990 meeting a shoreland permit was approved and <br />variances for sideyard and street side setbacks were approved for the <br />garage construction. Concerns for the septic system•and.City water <br />line were also addressed at that time. <br />
