This has allowed the City flexibility in improving its state aid roads <br />which might not have otherwise qualified for state aid construction funds, This also helps the <br />City reduce Its large MSA fund; therefore, avoiding penalties. In the past, the funds have been <br />used for overlays, sealcoating, and shouldering on State Aid roads. <br />The City's total 1991 allocation is estimated to be $167,878, therefore, the estimated 1991 <br />maintenance portion is $41,970, <br />The City Council should pass the attached resolution. <br />Sincerely, <br />,47 za A-0&� <br />Larry D.
