NOV 29 '90 16:34 T�K,P.R. & ASSOC:. <br />P.2 <br />RESOLi7TTON NO, 90- <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MIN'NESOTA <br />]RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MAINTENANCE ALLOTMENT <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules for State Aid Operations Chapter $820.1400 allow a Municipality <br />to receive a maintenance allocation greater than the minimum provided the Municipality files a <br />request not later than December 15 of the preceding year and provided the Municipality file a <br />detailed annual maintenance expenditure report at the end of the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo desires to receive a maintenance allocation for 1991 equal to <br />25% of its total allotment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />The City of Lake Elmo does hereby request that its maintenance allotment for 1991 be equal to <br />25% of its total 1991 allotment. <br />Adopted by the City Council on December 4, 1990. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffher, City Administrator <br />
