There are two utility <br />easements in Lake Elmo which need to be acquired. Appraisals are necessary before all offer for <br />the easements can be made, $ill Schawb, Pennfield, Inc, has estimated appraisal fees at $500.00 <br />per easement, Both the appraisal fee and the easement cost will be reunbursed by Washington <br />County, <br />We recommend that .Bill Schawb be hired at a cost not to exceed $1,000.00 to prepare the <br />easement appraisals. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
