(15) Linder Greenhouse
Conditions: (see attached)
(16) Country Air Driving Range
Conditions: (see attached)
During the past year any problems that surfaced with the C.U.P.'s were
dealt with at that time. At present, all C.U.P.'s are operating
within their specific conditions.
The following comments concern some of the Conditional Use Permits:
(1) Armstrong - at the time of the inspection (December 17, 1990)
there were 88 vehicles stored outside where 100 is permitted.
(2) Trans City Investment has resurfaced their entrance road.
Septic Tanks were pumped in September. Updated list of all
occupants is attached. Double row of trees has been planted.
(3) Shafer Mining has accumulated some old blacktop from the County
Improvement Project on 50th Street. This blacktop will be
removed, crushed and reused somewhere else.
(4) Hammes Mining is operating within their specific conditions,
however, the many outside storage violations still exist (City
ordinance 1503). This may be a concern the City Council would
want to address.
(5) Lauseng Stone - although they have increased their business in
the amount of material used and sold, they continue to operate
within the conditions specified.
pg 3
