Mayor Susan Dunn
August 24, 1989
Page Two
a brief description of the tenants' activities. The
notice that Mr. Gelb will provide will consist of a
letter to the Building Inspector containing the
information as set forth on the enclosed list;
3. A landscaping plan has been prepared and submitted to
the building inspector by Mr. Gelb;
4. Tests have established that the septic tank system is
not being used to capacity, and Mr. Gelb will not
permit the septic tank to be used beyond capacity.
5. None of the existing tenants are engaged in any
agricultural activities and it is unlikely that any
future tenant will be so engaged. This is in
accordance with the terms of the conditional use permit
(Resolution 87-28, May 5, 1987) and the planning
commission minutes of April 27, 1987 which provide that
Mr. Gelb may use the 5 acre tract upon which the 62,000
sq. ft. building stands for nonagricultural businesses.
Respectfully submitted,
WILLIAM S. ROSEN
WSR/mb
enclosure
cc: Ms. Patricia Morrison, City Clerk
Mr. James McNamara, Building Inspector
Mr. Howard Gelb
