Each. <br />project will be analyzed separately and a <br />determination made in advance as to cost and <br />billing. <br />4. Audio-visual services. Agency provides audio- <br />visual production services for City. For the <br />development and/or production of specific audio- <br />visual materials in sound, slide, film or videotape <br />form, charges are billed on either a project or per <br />job basis based on appropriate hourly rate for <br />staff time, plus out-of-pocket costs for facilities <br />and materials. <br />5. Research. All research, as required to provide <br />this service, is described herein. <br />F. Monthly Pilling and Payment Terms. Agency shall provide <br />City with a monthly billing statement. The City shall <br />invoices within 30 days. A late payment charge of 1.5 <br />percent per month shall be assessed on all amounts due <br />and payable 60 days after date of invoice. <br />G. Monthly Progress Reports. Agency shall provide a monthly <br />progess report which illustrates the estimated budget <br />line items and the amounts expended to date for each <br />budget category. <br />H. General Understanding Relating to Agency Services. <br />1. City's right to cancel work in progress. City <br />reserves the right to modify, revise, or cancel any <br />public relations plans, schedules or work. Agency <br />will take proper steps immediately upon <br />instructions from City to effect such changes. <br />City agrees to indemnify Agency for all costs and <br />liabilities attributable to such modifications, <br />revision or cancellation and any expenses incurred <br />according to the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement. <br />2. Nature of public relations._ Agency shall not be <br />required at any time to cause the publication of <br />any announcement or article, or to prepare any <br />material of any nature which Agency regards as <br />misleading, deceptive or opposed to public <br />interest, nor to undertake any campaign which in <br />Agency's opinion is prejudicial to City's or <br />Agency's interests. <br />Agency operates by and adheres to the Code of <br />Professional Standards for the practice of public <br />
