10 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Lake Elmo City Council will meet in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />March 5, 1991, to consider making the following improvements, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. <br />Hytrail Avenue from Highlands Trail north to 59th Street North <br />Bituminous Overlay <br />Legion Avenue from 20th Street to the north junction of Legion Lane <br />Bituminous Overlay <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is the <br />property which abuts said streets or is benefitted by said <br />improvements. The estimated cost of all of the improvements is <br />$40,550.
