CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-9 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE BITUMINOUS PATCHING AND OVERLAY <br />OF HYTRAIL AVENUE N., FROM HIGHLANDS TRAIL NORTH TO 59TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the action of the City Council on February 5th, 1991 <br />fixed a date for a council hearing of the proposed improvement of <br />Hytrail Avenue N., from Highlands Trail North to 59th Street North; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br />of the hearing was given and the hearing was held on the 5th day of <br />March 1991, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard theron, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, Minnesota; <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted 5th day of March, 1991. <br />2. Tom Prew, of TKDA, is hereby designated as the engineer <br />for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for mailing of such improvement. <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 5th day of.
