0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-16 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ARABIAN HILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previously <br />considered and approved the preliminary plat of Arabian Hills; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a final plat <br />for Arabian Hills at its May 10, 1991 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat of Arabian Hills presented to the City <br />conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the final.plat of Arabian <br />Hills as the same as on file with the City Administrator subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The developer and the City shall execute a Developer's <br />Agreement and deposit such security with-rhe City as determined by the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo park <br />dedication fee in the amount of $16,844.21. <br />3. The developer shall obtain necessary permits from the Valley <br />Branch Watershed . <br />4.
