Geraghty <br />and*Miller has agreed to a cap of 13.5% increase (twice the average of <br />the DPRA increase because it covers a two. -year period). The attached <br />page from the proposal you were given at your last meeting shows what <br />the actual hourly rate will be for Geraghty & Miller. <br />Motion Second \�W to approve the contract amendment <br />with DPRA as outlined in their letter of April 25, 1991, subject to <br />the increase for the services provided by Geraghty & Miller not to <br />exceed 13.5%. �(�b� ��,�-�� V�- 01 <br />l <br />
