GERAGHTY & MILLER, INC. <br />FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />The charges for services provided by Geraghty & Miller, Inc, consist of: (1) an hourly fee for any professional and <br />! support staff member working on a project; (2) reimbursement of expenses; (3) reimbursement of subcontractor's and <br />other special costs; (4) use and rental charges for equipment. A finance charge of 1.5% per month <br />Chemists <br />will be charged on past due accounts. A 2% discount for profes- <br />Air Quality Specialists <br />sional fees (Geraghty & Miller labor) only will be allowed on <br />payment received within 20 days of invoice date. <br />Agricultural Engineers <br />Geotechnical Engineers <br />Chemical Engineers <br />Mechanical Engineers <br />Civil Engineers <br />Soils Engineers <br />Electrical Engineers <br />Structural Engineers <br />Environmental Engineers <br />SENIOR EXPERTS: Rates for Senior Experts of the firm will be <br />provided upon request. <br />SUBCONTRACTS: Subcontractor (drillers, chemical laboratories, <br />etc.) services, and expenses will be charged at cost plus 15%. <br />PROJECT SUPPLIES & SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT: All project <br />related expenses, material costs, field supplies, freight and shipping, <br />telephone, reproductions and the costs associated with the rental of <br />specialized equipment will be charged at cost plus 15%. <br />LEGAL PROCEEDING: A surcharge of 50% will be added to <br />the professional rates for sequestered preparation time and the <br />actual time spent in: depositions, public testimony, court and/or <br />hearings. <br />GERAGHTY & MILLER EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS: Use of <br />equipment and materials owned by Geraghty & Miller will be <br />invoiced at fixed unit rates. A summary of these rates will be <br />provided upon request. , <br />TRAVEL & RELATED EXPENSES: Charges for rental vehicles, <br />meals, travel, and lodging will be billed at actual cost plus 15%. <br />Use of personal vehicles will be billed at $.35/mile. <br />MY1 <br />
