Box 6 Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 Receiving Waters: Eagle Point Lake NOTICE: The above named applicant has applied for modification of an existing NPDES/SDS Permit to construct, install, and operate a wastewater disposal system and to discharge into the designated receiving waters. The permit will be modified by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for a term of approximately 3 years. Upon issuance, this modified permit will supersede the previously issued NPDES/SDS Permit that has an expiration date of March 31, 1994. The application, draft permit, and other documents are available for inspection and may be copied any time between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
