We have reviewed the bid <br />from Kenko, Inc. for construction of the public, water supply, .Ind <br />from Keys Well Drilling Company for well sealing. Our review was <br />performed in conjunction with the provisions of the Tune 26, 1990 <br />agreement between the Cities and Counties involved, and the <br />recently approved rego.lutions by both County Boards to increase <br />to costs allocable for the. .water system. <br />These bids are acceptable to the Counties.
