The Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 36, <br />Township 29, Range 21 except the South 219.5 feet of the <br />East 847.7 feet thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to correct the error <br />occurring in the legal description of the property which was <br />subject to the Conditional Use Permits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council <br />hereby amends the Resolutions by correcting the legal description <br />contained therein to read as follows: <br />The Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 36, <br />Township 29, Range 21 except the South 219.5 feet of the <br />East 847.7 feet thereof. <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this correcting <br />Resolution shall be filed with the Washington County Recorder. <br />Dated: <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffner, <br />City Administrator <br />c\j\1eres91.001 <br />May 22, 1991 <br />2 <br />David Johnson, Mayor <br />
